主要从事的研究工作包括:Micro-LED微显示/功率器件先进封装、封装热管理、失效分析等。
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划(校内课题负责人)、上海市科委/经信委重大项目、企业重大横向等课题10余项,作为核心人员参与过国家重点专项、“十二五”国家科技支撑可靠性项目、国家“973”重大基础研究项目等。以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI/EI检索论文40篇;发明专利授权21项,获得2014年度上海市技术发明奖一等奖(排名3)。
招收微电子、光电子等相关专业背景的硕士研究生、博士研究生。
