导师介绍:
从事原子级制造技术、CMOS光电器件、铁电存储器及MEMS智能传感器件研究,在相关领域发表SCI和EI论文40余篇,其中以第一和通讯作者发表20余篇,主要发表于ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,ACS Applied Electronic Materials,Nanoscale Research Letters等国际期刊,申请专利32项,授权国家发明专利9项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市“超级博士后”项目、上海市青年英才启航计划项目等3项,作为技术骨干参与多项国家自然科学基金、上海市科委项目和企业横向等。获上海市优秀毕业生、“优秀本科生全程导师”等荣誉。
招收具有微电子、集成电路、应用物理、半导体材料等相关专业背景的研究生。
