导师介绍:

国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家。长期从事纳米光电子器件及微纳加工与集成技术研究,探索集成光子芯片在高速光通信/互连、多维智能传感领域的应用。任职新加坡科技局微电子研究院(IME)期间,带领团队建立了全球第一个基于12英寸晶圆的超表面光学芯片技术平台;利用8英寸工艺平台研发了短波中红外无源光子器件库及可见光有源光子器件库。2020年11月回国加入上海大学,组建集成光子芯片团队。目前主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然基金区域联合重点项目课题、上海市集成电路基础研究重点专项课题、ZDK技术开发等6项在研项目;在Nature Communications、Photonics Research、ACS Photonics等期刊发表SCI期刊论文80余篇,H指数29,其中ESI高被引第一作者论文1篇;授权/申请专利20余项。担任《Optics》编委、《光通信研究》青年编委。
